Preparation method for the perfect flavor balance

To get the optimal flavor from our hojicha, we recommend 2 grams per cup or 12 grams per liter of water. Allow the tea to steep at a temperature of 70-75°C. For a refreshing, light drink, wait 1 to 2 minutes.
